About this event:
Cook with the delicious fresh flavours of summer and go home confident of recreating the menu for family and friends.
We’ll use fresh, seasonal ingredients to create a three course meal and help you develop or hone your cookery skills. We’ll eat the food for lunch together and you’ll leave armed with a lovely menu to recreate for friends. We’ll make:
- Broad bean and ricotta brushetta with homemade rocket pesto
- Chermoula chicken salad with baby roast potatoes
- Fruit Frangipane tarts
The workshop takes place in Princes Risborough from 10am-2pm, maximum of 4 places are available. Please note that once booked onto a class no refund will be given unless we cancel the workshop.
