A taste of spring.....asparagus, lighter soups, Jersey royal potatoes, coming out of hibernation
The course runs from 10am-2pm in Princes Risborough, Bucks. This is a hands on workshop, not a demonstration, we expect you to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. You'll take some dishes home with you and some you can eat for lunch.
