Superfoods......basically food that are high in nutrients; minerals and vitamins that are really good for you

Beverley go through what a superfood is and will introduce you to superfoods such as quinoa, raw cacao, coconut oil, lucuma powder and show you how to incorporate them into your daily meals.  Beverley will also take you through alternatives to sugars and sweeteners and how to remove from your diet without really noticing. Beverley will cover low carb alternatives to pasta, rice and potatoes and how to change classic favourite dishes to make them healthier.  She'll show you how to cook some delicious recipes featured in her new recipe book 500 Superfood Dishes such as

  • homemade no sugar, no carb ice cream

  • raw chocolates

  • chocolate avocado mousse

  • superfood salad

  • snacks and nibbles - low carb, sugar free and delicious

The course runs from 10am-2.30pm in Princes Risborough, Bucks.  This is a hands on workshop, not a demonstration, we expect you to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. You'll take some dishes home with you and some you can eat for lunch.
