Hundreds of our grocery staples contain palm oil.  If you'dl like to save the planet, help orangutans, stop global warming and support indigenous people around the globe who are losing their lands and forests to this dreadful product come along and I'll show you how to make your favourite dishes so you can boycott the groceries containing palm oil in the supermarkets. 

You'll learn a range of techniques, including baking methods and make:

  • Digestive biscuits and chocolate digestives

  • Homemade chocolate hazelnut spread, a version of Nutella

  • Crackers, like Carrs and Jacobs but nicer

  • Bread - so you can turn it into pizza bases, breadsticks and a basic white loaf

  • "Pot' noodle.

I'll also cover some of the products to avoid and what to look out for on grocery labels.

We'll make a healthier, palm oil free version of 'Pot' Noodle for lunch.

The workshop runs from 10am-2.30pm in Princes Risborough.
