90 minute class making tagliatelle from scratch plus pesto £50 per person, minimum of 6 people. Working in teams of 3-4 people, the teams will work together to make their own pasta dough, roll it and cut it to shape. We even attempt making pasta long enough to stretch around the kitchen.
2 hour class making tagliatelle from scratch, pesto plus ravioli and tortellini with a parma ham, mozzarella and basil filling for £60 per person, minimum of 6 people. Working in teams of 3-4 people, the teams will work together to make their own pasta dough, roll it and cut it to shape. they will also make ravioli and tortellini with a filling.
The Princes Risborough and Tring Kitchens can accommodate up to 8 people, more people than 8 will require alternative premises but no cooking facilities are required so a conference room in a hotel works well. Homemade pasta tastes amazing, much nicer than any fresh pasta you can buy, once you learn the technique you'll be able to mix up your own pasta quickly and easily and wow your friends and family with your skill at making this Italian staple. This is a hands on workshop, not a demonstration, we expect you to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. We'll make the pasta by hand, mixer and food processor so you can use the machines you have at home to make it easy to recreate once you leave.
