Middle Eastern Cookery brings a taste of sunshine into our kitchen at any time of year, full of fresh ingredients and flavours.
We'll take you through traditional ingredients and spices used such as sumac and za'tar and we'll make homemade pitta bread and flat breads, slow roast tomatoes, hummus, marinated aubergines with tahini dressing, lamb koftes and a refreshing pomegranate and orange pudding.
The course runs from 10am-2pm in Princes Risborough, Bucks. This is a hands on workshop, not a demonstration, we expect you to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. You'll take some dishes home with you and some you can eat for lunch.
We just wanted to say how much we enjoyed the Middle Eastern Cookery Course today! What an amazing time we had, and it was lovely to cook in your wonderful farmhouse kitchen with the winter sun pouring through the big end window. We were so looking forward to coming on the course and it exceeded our expectations in every way. We loved getting stuck in and making the bread and learning about how to use all the middle eastern ingredients in great combinations. We cant believe just how many recipes we actually did in 4 hours! You have given us so much confidence to experiment with this style of cooking, and play around with the different flavours. We are very excited to try them all out at home. Thank you again for such a brilliant course, the atmosphere was so friendly and fun - we would recommend it to anyone who loves to cook and wants to branch out into something a bit special.
Very kind regards,
Richard and Karen Ecclestone"
